Terms of Use

Weatherly Free is provided for personal and lawful use. You may install it through an official browser extension store and use the features included in the Free plan. Weatherly Pro unlocks the additional features shown on the pricing page.

You may not misuse Weatherly, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access to its services or use it in violation of applicable law.

Weatherly Pro is available for $2 per month or $20 per year. New subscribers receive a five-day trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, Stripe charges the payment method provided at checkout and the subscription renews automatically at the selected interval.

You can change or cancel a subscription through the Stripe customer portal linked from the Weatherly billing dashboard. Cancellation takes effect according to the date shown in the portal. When Pro access ends, the extension returns to the Free limits.

Your first successful subscription payment is eligible for a full refund if you request it within 14 calendar days. Renewal refunds are reviewed case by case. Read our Refund Policy for eligibility, request instructions and your consumer rights.

Forecasts and weather conditions are supplied for general information. Weather can change quickly and no forecast is guaranteed to be complete or error-free.

Do not rely on Weatherly as the sole source for emergency, aviation, maritime, medical or other safety-critical decisions. Follow instructions from local authorities and official warning services.

We work to keep Weatherly fast and reliable, but the service may occasionally be unavailable or delayed because of maintenance, network issues or third-party weather providers.

Features may change as we improve the extension. We may stop supporting an old browser version when maintaining it is no longer practical.

Weatherly's name, logo, interface and original materials belong to their respective owners and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Installing the extension gives you permission to use it; it does not transfer ownership of its design or code.

Weatherly depends on browser stores, hosting infrastructure and weather data providers. Their services are governed by their own terms and may change independently of Weatherly.

Weatherly is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not responsible for indirect losses resulting from your use of, or inability to use, Weatherly.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

We may update these terms as Weatherly changes. The latest version and effective date will be posted here. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
